Payment & Verification

Winning bidders are contacted to complete payment through a secure, structured flow. Funds are held until delivery is confirmed. The buyer then has 72 hours to inspect the piece and confirm it arrived as described. When that period closes cleanly, the transaction is complete and The Glass Exchange team coordinates the seller settlement. If a discrepancy is raised, we step in before any funds are moved.

Bidding Terms

All bids are binding. By placing a bid you are committing to complete the purchase if you are the winning bidder. A temporary card authorization may be placed when you first bid — this is not a charge. If you win, a 5% buyer's fee is collected at auction close and a separate invoice is issued for the remaining balance.
