Each submission is reviewed for quality, authorship, condition, and market fit. We aim to respond to new submissions within 48 to 72 hours.

Reserve requests must reflect realistic current market value. We may ask that a reserve be adjusted before acceptance. If your reserve is not met at auction, our Transaction Support team can help facilitate a post-auction deal at no extra cost.
Designed for maximum exposure, more watchers, and stronger bidder confidence. No reserve means the piece sells to the highest bidder once bidding opens.
No-reserve listings appear first in Browse and on the homepage, display a prominent No Reserve badge, and close on Sunday for peak visibility.

Include front, back, profile, base, signature, and any condition detail worth noting.
Optional but recommended - a brief video showing the piece, protective materials, and sealed package supports the transaction if shipping or condition questions arise.
One of four shipping guidance levels - Standard, High-Value Recommended, Third-Party Shipment Protection Required, or White Glove / Concierge Logistics - is assigned during review based on value and delivery risk. The level drives the intensity of our Recommended Shipping Standards and any logistics options that may be coordinated for select transactions. Sharing your packaging plan upfront helps the review move faster.

Shipping Guidance
Every approved piece is assigned a shipping guidance level during review. Higher-value pieces may see added emphasis on boxing video documentation, adult signature confirmation, and optional third-party shipment protection.
